Description	The ProoF corpus includes different types of read-aloud and/or spontaneous Finnish speech of 72 non-native speakers and of a control group of 23 native Finns. Follow-up recordings over a time period of two years are also available from several non-native speakers. The corpus has been orthographically transcribed and annotated in multiple tiers with the Praat program. The corpus will be made available at http://lat.csc.fi.
